A LITTLE BIT ABOUT TRESSA MCLAUGHLIN

I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho where I graduated from Capital High School and went on to Boise State University where I earned my BFA in Advertising Design/Marketing. I love my job because it is full of variety, creativity, and puzzle-solving ... in fact, the harder and more complex the puzzle, the more I love it! The bigger the challenge, the better!

I met my husband while we're juniors in High school in 1983 and have together raised two wonderful, and accomplished young men. Kyle, the physical therapist and Matt, the creative designer here at SOLV!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends relaxing at our pool, barbequing in the backyard, and taking great vacations ... where I still manage to work because the grind never stops. I love reading, home improvement projects, camping, and hard rock (like AC/DC and Van Halen).

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT JAMIE MCCORMICK

I graduated from Montana State University with a BS in Finance ... and by BS I mean Bachelor of Science. I have been with the company since 1999, where I am best known for laugh-crying... a lot. My favorite part of my job is working with fun clients and employees. I enjoy helping people and find it incredibly exciting to discover new ways to grow our business.

I have been married to my husband, Rick since 1991. I also have two children, Megan and Ryan, who were both born and raised here in Boise. My kids both graduated form the University of Idaho and are currently working on furthering their education in the medical and law fields.

In the winter, I enjoy cross country skiing and snowshoeing; and in the summer, my family enjoys spending all of our free time on our pontoon boat and camping. I LOVE the lakes in Idaho.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MATT PETERSON

I was born and raised in Burley, Idaho, the best town in the Magic Valley and have lived here all my life! The only time I left was when I decided to go to Snow College in Ephraim, Utah, where I decided ... this place sucks. From there, I transferred to Idaho State University where I studied Education.

Other than working at SOLV, I also currently coach baseball at Burley High School. Where to some it might be considered America’s pastime, but to me it is the best sport on the planet! Though I also like golfing a lot too and I would say I’m the best on the SOLV team even though Gordon might fight me on that. I am also a father to two wonderful daughters, who are a sixth grader and a Sophomore.

Though I might be out here in Burley, my SOLV family always makes me feel included.

MATT PETERSON'S TOP 5 STRENGTHS

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT GEOFF CLARK

I was born in Walla Walla, Washington to 2 college educators who moved my sister and I to Seattle and then to Pocatello, ID. Then I finally landed in Eugene, OR where I spent my Junior High, High School and University years. After meeting my wife Laura at the University of Oregon, our post graduate adventures took us to Denali National Park, AK and then to Big Sky, MT before we finally settled in Bend, OR where we’ve lived since 1997. My wife started her teaching career in our public schools around 2001 and I took my first sales job working in the hospitality/ski industry and then moved to the printing world in 2002 where I’ve found my home and happily remained since. The beauty and bounty of the Pacific Northwest allowed us to become avid snowboarders, flyfishers, mountain bikers, and campers with a little bird hunting and gardening thrown in the mix. We have no children but have had 2 amazing Labrador Retrievers in our lives and are on our 3rd currently – Ben.

At the onset of my new career in the print industry, I grew my knowledge and confidence where I have gradually handed larger and larger clients. Through the help and generosity of our team and the opportunity to learn from larger and more sophisticated print customers I became competent and confident in selling “print”. Beyond that, I spearheaded my past company's efforts to expand our offerings to include promo and apparel, which have seen year-on-year growth for nearly a decade now.

I am incredibly excited to be a part of the SOLV team and be part of a group that is excelling in an ever-growing market!

GEOFF CLARK'S TOP 5 STRENGTHS

I’ve travelled just a little bit abroad – Mexico, Belize, Italy, Germany, France and Holland but the place I felt the farthest away was deep in the Alaskan wilderness in Denali National Park hiking with the bears, caribou and mosquitoes.
